These terms cover this website and the private publishing tool described below. Swore Born Games is a solo independent game developer (“we”, “the operator”), reachable at sworeborngames@gmail.com.

The website

This site is informational. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time. Text, images and video published here are our own work and remain our property; please do not republish them commercially without asking, but you are welcome to share and link to them.

The publishing tool

We operate a private, self-hosted deployment of the open-source scheduler Postiz on our own hardware. It is not a public service and not a product we sell:

the operator is its only user, and account registration is disabled;
it connects only to social media accounts that we own;
it publishes only our own content to those accounts;
it provides nothing to third parties, and no one else can sign up for or use it.

Where the tool connects to a social platform's API, it does so through that platform's official OAuth flow and under that platform's own developer terms and policies, which we follow. Platform access may be withdrawn by us or by the platform at any time.

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it to connect to or publish on YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access, probe or interfere with our systems, and do not use anything on this site to break the law or a platform's rules. We may block access to anyone who does.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on anything published on it.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them. Questions go to sworeborngames@gmail.com.
